Reading my friends' blogs, it seems that yesterday was a common occurance - forging ahead to bigger and better things: Primary! Gavin is an official Primary boy. A sunbeam. A big boy. *sigh*
He kept telling me that he wanted to go to "his" Primary, and when I told him he was in his Primary, he got upset. "This isn't my Primary." I stayed with him during the Opening Exercises, then went with him to class. He finally got involved in class when they played a beanbag throwing game, and then colored. I went with him back to Primary for singing time, and told him I had to go hang up my coat, but that I'd be back in a few minutes.
So, I went to my Sunday School class for a few minutes, hung my coat up, and then went to check on him. He was doing great, and was happy. But, then he saw me, and wanted me to stay. Since there was only ten minutes left anyway, I did stay with him. Hopefully he'll do better in the following weeks as I have ward conferences to attend. I'll only be to a handful of our meetings for the next four months, so he'll have to do it himself or else be okay with Daddy sitting with him. Poor kid was not happy, but was pretty thrilled to see B sitting in the row behind him!!!
*sigh* My baby's growing up - SO fast!
Newborn Gavin
Also, my cute little Scottie is officially in Sr. Primary now! He's growing up fast, too! He'll be baptized next month! Wowza!

I too can't believe how fast kids grow! It seems the older I get the faster time seems to fly! I can't believe that you have a child old enough to be baptized! WOW! I also can't believe that I have one going into Young Womens this year! I'm not that old, o.k. maybe I am, but I don't feel that old. I never did hear what stake calling you have? One last thing your boys are so Handsome!
Wes started Sunbeams too. Where DID our babies go? Weston's class has 9 little boys and 21 girls. If you guys were still here, Gavin could have been number 10! It will be quite the year for that teacher.
Wow, I can't believe that you have a child old enough to be baptized!!! I am so glad I still have 4 years--I am sure it will come much faster than I realize though.
Yay for Primary! Sadly Anna missed her first day from being sick! I was actually the sad one. I'm sorry I haven't commented in forever but all your posts have been super fun and I love all the pictures! I'm glad you had such a great Christmas, but sad Scott was sick! You have the cutest boys! They are soooo sweet! All because their mother is! Loves!
